Promote Health and Well-Being Through Exercise and Movement

CAREERS

Assess, Educate, Collaborate, and Motivate

The Exercise Physiologist team possess deep knowledge and passion for movement and its relationship to positive health outcomes and longevity. We work with clients of all abilities to address their movement and fitness goals. With our guidance, support, and expertise, we assist clients in overcoming personal barriers, and foster a healthy relationship with exercise by discovering what motivates them.

A Comprehensive Wellness Approach

Exercise Physiologists offer supportive coaching and facilitate learning, leading with compassion and without judgment. Our strategy:

  • Embraces the state of change that the client is currently experiencing,
  • Engages clients through education, and
  • Encourages adherence and accountability by helping clients understand how our recommendations translate into their everyday lives.

We adopt a compassionate approach, meeting our clients where they are and finding movement strategies that align with their current needs and goals.
