Menopause affects nearly half the population, yet it remains widely misunderstood and often dismissed. Changes in sleep, mood, energy, metabolism, and focus are frequently explained away as “just part of life.” But menopause is not a single moment — it’s a physiological transition that can impact decades of your health and well-being.
Led by Dr. Shihani Thillaivasan, Certified Menopause Practitioner, and supported by Registered Dietitian Neda Rezvany, and Exercise Physiologist, Chris Duong, this session brings together an evidence-based perspective with practical strategies across pharmacology, nutrition, and exercise. Gain a better understanding of what’s happening in your body and what you can do about it.
In this session, you will learn:
• What’s happening hormonally during perimenopause and menopause
• Why symptoms can feel unpredictable — and often overlooked
• How menopause impacts long-term health, including bone, cardiovascular, and metabolic health
• Evidence-based treatment options, including hormone therapy and non-hormonal approaches
• Practical strategies to support energy, strength, and overall well-being
Many women have been told that menopause is something to simply “push through,” or that treatment options are limited or unsafe. This session will provide clear, updated guidance to help you make informed decisions about your care. With the right knowledge and support, this stage of life can be navigated with greater clarity, confidence, and control.
This session is for all audiences; however, it may be particularly helpful if you are:
• In your late 30s to 60s and experiencing perimenopause or menopause
• Noticing changes in sleep, mood, focus, or energy
• Experiencing symptoms such as hot flashes or cycle changes
• Looking for evidence-based guidance on menopause care
• Interested in a proactive, whole-person approach to long-term wellness
A Zoom link will be emailed to you one day before the webinar.
