Our Client Experience team ensures that both clients and guests receive an excellent first impression of Harrison Healthcare. We educate new and prospective clients about what to expect from the extensive range of programs and services available. We address any questions regarding the clinic and our unique care model to ensure clients are well cared for from the start.

We offer support in enrollment, retention, quality assurance, and renewal services, as well as day-to-day communication with clients. Our team works in close collaboration with our colleagues in business development, finance, and clinical care. Together, we adopt an empathetic approach to client feedback, which fosters positive outcomes for everyone involved.

In addition to understanding the ins and outs of the Centre, possessing the skills of an active listener, an educator, and a consummate professional is important for a Client Experience Coordinator.

The Client Experience team is a space where passionate individuals contribute to building relationships with clients. We facilitate connections between clients and the healthcare professionals who best meet their unique needs, supporting each client’s experience throughout their journey at Harrison. Client Experience Coordinators are highly valued as members of a respectful and supportive team that empowers one another.
