Mental health is often discussed in terms of the basics — sleep, exercise, nutrition, and stress management. And while these are essential, many people find themselves doing all the “right” things, yet still feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or not quite themselves.
Join our multidisciplinary team, led by our Mental Health Care Navigators, Marty MacLure and Sally Denman, alongside Kristyn Hall, Registered Dietitian and Mélanie Portal, Exercise Physiologist, for a thoughtful, evidence-based conversation about mental well-being and the small patterns that shape how we feel over time.
Often, it’s not one single factor, but rather small, cumulative stressors and habits that gradually affect our mental well-being. This session takes a practical, realistic approach to understanding those patterns and exploring small, sustainable changes that can make a meaningful difference over time.
In this session, you’ll learn:
- Why you can feel “fine on paper” but still not mentally thriving
- How resilience is shaped — and how to strengthen it
- The impact of an overstimulated nervous system, and how to regulate it
- Practical, evidence-based strategies for lifestyle change
- How small, consistent changes can meaningfully improve well-being
You’ll also see two simple recipes prepared live by our Registered Dietitian, demonstrating how foods that support brain health can be quick, nourishing, and easy to incorporate into your day.
This session is designed to help you pause, better understand what may be contributing to how you feel, and identify small, meaningful shifts that support long-term mental well-being.
Many people today are navigating full, structured lives while managing a constant level of stimulation — from work, responsibilities, and the pace of daily life. Over time, this can lead to a persistent sense of stress or fatigue, even when things appear to be “in balance” on the surface.
Our session will include a live, conversational discussion, practical tools you can apply right away, and the opportunity to learn from a multidisciplinary team.
A Zoom link will be emailed to you one day before the webinar.
