Melanie believes that there is strength in numbers and enjoys the collaborative care model because it provides a launching pad for clients to create meaningful, long lasting changes to their health and wellness. She takes a hands-on, educational, and personalized approach to meet the individual needs of each client. 

She is a certified Kinesiologist, Certified Exercise Physiologist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She specializes in strength training, injury rehabilitation and musculoskeletal health assessments. 

As a kinesiologist and coach, she has worked with a wide range of individuals; from those living with injuries and chronic conditions to those who have specific fitness, athletic or performance-based goals. She is motivated to teach her clients the power of movement and empower them to effect change in their own lives.
 
Learning from her own sports injuries and health hurdles, she approaches clients with an empathetic and relatable perspective. She believes there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone learn to connect with, and trust, their bodies again!

Melanie strength trains herself while enjoying activities like trail running, playing various sports, and camping – with her adventure pup, Brady.
