Registered Nurses (RNs) at Harrison play a pivotal role in providing seamless client care. We offer clinical nursing services, client education, and serve as the first resource for health-related questions, clinical support, and navigation. As health advocates and champions for our clients, RNs assume a health coaching role to support, motivate, and facilitate healthy change—an integral part of chronic care management and disease prevention.

Experience you Bring & Qualifications

  • BScN graduate from a recognized nursing program.
  • Active practicing registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwifes (BCCNM).
  • Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 and CPR C certification.
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care.
The Role: Registered Nurse in Vancouver (Maternity leave coverage 12- 18 months)
Nurse Careers taking BP

This is a 12–18-month position, starting in February 2026, to cover a maternity leave with the potential for a permanent position. • Manage chronic and communicable disease tracking and treatment. • Document client medical histories, care plans, and treatment outcomes to maintain accurate records.• Sterilize medical instruments and equipment using autoclaving procedures. • Administer medications and treatments, including vaccinations, travel medicine assessments, suture removal, Botox prep, injections, allergy desensitization therapy, N95 Fit testing, and more. • Educate clients on healthcare needs, treatment options, and self-care techniques. • Develop individualized care plans, including wound care, medication administration, and other interventions. • Assist physicians with various procedures such as biopsies and IUD insertions. • Perform other duties as assigned

Salary: $44.00-$60.00
