Experience You Bring & Qualifications
- Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
- Current registration with College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- At least one year of clinical, primary care experience
The Role: Family Physician in Toronto
- Provide comprehensive primary care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education.
- Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, team-based care.
- Build a patient panel focused on prevention and longevity, emphasizing proactive and personalized care.
- Leverage technology and innovation to enhance patient care, including POCUS, mental health technologies, and genetics.
- Exceptional compensation with blended payment model.
- Experience in a collaborative, team-based primary care setting and in chronic disease management preferred.
Salary: Starting at $450,000
