What You Bring & Credentials
- Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
- Current registration with College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC)
- At least one year of clinical, primary care experience
- Experience in a collaborative, team-based primary care setting and in chronic disease management preferred
The Role: Family Physician in Vancouver (Burrard)
• Provide comprehensive primary care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education. • Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, team-based care. • Build a patient panel focused on prevention and longevity, emphasizing proactive and personalized care. • Leverage technology and innovation to enhance patient care, including POCUS, mental health technologies, and genetics. • Exceptional compensation with blended payment model (no fee splits).
Salary: Starting at $450,000
