Registered Dietitian

Sarah Ware

Sarah is a compassionate clinician, motivated to think outside the box and challenge conventional ideas to provide innovative and optimal care to her clients. She loves collaborating with people and getting to know her clients on a personal level. By taking the time to understand their unique characteristics and lifestyle, she is dedicated to helping them find the best approach to achieve their health goals. Sarah firmly believes in the power of individualized care and recognizes that there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

Sarah began her post-secondary education at the University of Calgary, initially studying pre-medicine. However, her passion for nutrition led her to transfer to the University of British Columbia where she completed an honours degree in dietetics. She completed her formal internship training at the Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster and earned her Certified Diabetes Educator soon after. Sarah has gained diverse experience in various healthcare settings including hospitals, Diabetes Education Centers, multi-disciplinary primary care facilities, and long-term care facilities.

Sarah finds immense job satisfaction in those “aha” moments with her clients, where small adjustments or insights can have a profound impact on their overall well-being. She understands the significance of these moments and relishes the opportunity to guide her clients towards improved health and sustainable energy. Sarah’s commitment to holistic wellness also led her to become a BCRPA-certified Personal Trainer, empowering individuals to create fitness plans that complement their nutrition goals.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Sarah is a creative enthusiast. She fills her days off with DIY projects, painting, food photography, cooking, and dancing. Her greatest motivators are her two amazing boys, who constantly inspire her to embrace life to the fullest and enjoy every moment.
