Dr. Beth Donaldson
Dr. Beth Donaldson is passionate about personalized, preventive healthcare while empowering clients to attain their health goals. She believes wholeheartedly in collaboration with internal and external clinical providers, to ensure the most efficient care possible for her clients.
She brings over 16 years of clinical and management experience working in a collaborative care practice, having been a founding Physician at Copeman Healthcare, and a former Medical Director with TELUS Health in Vancouver.
Dr. Donaldson’s earned her Medical Degree from the University of Calgary, with her Family Practice training at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver, and a Fellowship in Women’s Health through the University of British Columbia. She is also certified with the North American Menopause Society.
She enjoys caring for clients of all ages, genders, and will work with the Harrison team to ensure a personalized, relaxed yet direct approach for optimal health outcomes. She empowers her clients to lead a healthy lifestyle knowing it can prevent disease, improve resilience, and drive overall performance. She believes that movement is at the root of health resilience and general well-being and models this for clients and colleagues alike.
Beth practices what she preaches for a healthy and balanced life! She and her husband have two young, active and involved boys. She enjoys boating, family gatherings at the cabin, reading, walking their dog Libby, spa days, and, regular cookie baking.
