Andrey Tihanyi

Andrey is dedicated to using his expertise to guide clients toward healthier, happier lives. His professional approach is founded on building close-knit relationships and providing thorough assessments and exercise prescription tailored to each client’s unique goals. He is passionate about longevity and integrating overall health and wellness in a way that is meaningful to his clients. With a multifaceted skillset, Andrey views lifestyle change through various lenses to help clients make incremental improvements over time. From new movement patterns to personal bests and a good night’s sleep, he is motivated to recognize and celebrate his clients’ growth and improvement over time with them.

Andrey holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Laurentian University as well as a graduate certification in Exercise Science for Health and Performance from Niagara College Canada. He began his career coaching competitive swimming, where he developed a passion for exercise and sport science. This led him to attain certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP). His experience includes supporting high-performance athletic training programs with Row Ontario and the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario.

Outside of work, you’re likely to find Andrey passionately coaching youth sports, trail running with his Vizsla, swimming with a Masters club, strength training, practicing yoga or travelling the globe searching for new adventures.
