Julia believes in the transformative power of nutrition for preventive healthcare and disease management. Julia graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2023, earning a degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences, specializing in Dietetics. Her areas of expertise span a wide range of nutritional concerns, including infant nutrition, women’s health, family nutrition, blood sugar management, youth sport nutrition, and promoting healthy relationships with food.

When she’s not working with clients, Julia embraces an active lifestyle, participating in team sports like volleyball and ultimate frisbee. She balances her love of teamwork with more solitary pursuits like paddle boarding, skating, video games, and yoga
