Stellar qualified as a lab technician from Vancouver Community College in 2009. She gained invaluable experience collecting medical information and specimens at various Dynacare and LifeLabs locations. Through her contributions to public healthcare and insurance applications, Stellar has witnessed firsthand the impact she has on individuals’ well-being. Her particular interest is in phlebotomy, where she feels genuine gratitude from clients during their daily interactions.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Stellar was on the front lines collecting specimens at a medical clinic. She loves to be part of a team working in primary care where she can build long-term relationships with her clients. By getting to know each individual’s preferences she can alleviate concerns, provide comfort, and support a positive healthcare experience.

Outside of work, Stellar finds solace in moments of relaxation at home. However, her adventurous spirit comes alive when she is out and about, enjoying the arts, embracing good music, and indulging in delicious food with her friends.
