Registered Nurse

Simran Malli

Simran’s practice focuses on delivering personalized, evidence-based care that empowers clients to take an active role in their health journey. Her approach is rooted in empathy, clarity, and building trust through open communication and strong relationships. She emphasizes health promotion, disease management, and continuity of care, working collaboratively with clients to ensure they have the knowledge and support needed to make informed decisions about their well-being. Through comprehensive health assessments, detailed health history reviews, and targeted client education, Simran helps individuals manage chronic conditions and adopt sustainable health strategies in their daily lives.

Simran earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Lethbridge in 2020. She has worked in primary care, long-term care, and medical aesthetics, collaborating closely with physicians and nurse practitioners to deliver holistic client care. With a diverse foundation of clinical expertise across various healthcare settings, she has held roles such as charge nurse, educator, and clinical support lead. Notably, she led the transition from paper to electronic charting for a 200-bed facility—a complex initiative that required a strategic mindset and advanced project management skills. Her ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest standards of care is a hallmark of her work.

Outside of nursing, Simran stays active with Pilates, enjoys getting lost in a good book, and loves exploring new destinations through travel.
