Shauna Behan

Shauna is driven by a profound commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare experiences. She provides invaluable support as a steadfast point of contact for clients during their vulnerable times, ensuring a personalized and prioritized approach to their unique health journeys. Shauna believes in fostering a safe and respectful environment, taking the time to truly listen and support her clients and her colleagues. With confidence and dedication, she aims to answer questions thoroughly, helping to alleviate concerns while optimizing client well-being through teamwork and transparent communication. She brings an empathetic approach to her work and is eager to connect with all walks of life.

Originally from Ireland, Shauna trained as a Medical Office Assistant onsite at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown and has been working in medical administration since 2017. She embarked on her career in a women’s health clinic in Dublin and later transitioned to a large teaching hospital in the public sector. There she gained valuable experience in the neurology and dermatology departments. Prior to her career in healthcare, she honed her warm, helpful, and patient demeanour when she studied tourism in hospitality and customer care.

When not at work, Shauna indulges her love for travel and exploring new cultures. She also enjoys caring for her two golden retrievers and unwinding with a good book.
