Ruth earned her Bachelor of Science in Adult Nursing from the University of Dundee, Scotland, in 2020. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Nursing from the same institution, with a focus on acute and critical care, advanced clinical assessment, and decision-making. Her professional journey includes extensive experience in the National Health Service (NHS) in Scotland, where she worked in critical care, specifically in medical high-dependency and coronary care units. She is well-versed in evidence-based practices and excels at working quickly and accurately under pressure. Ruth has also broadened her expertise by working as a Wellness Nurse in a medical aesthetics clinic.
Outside of work, Ruth is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys competing in triathlons. She can regularly be found in the mountains, hiking, mountain biking, or snowboarding.
