Rose is a compassionate and diligent advocate for clients at Harrison, committed to quickly and effectively connecting them to the care they require with a personalized touch. Her unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional service and support plays a crucial role in ensuring that clients remain happy and healthy throughout the referral process. Working collaboratively with the clinical team, Rose ensures that clients’ health goals are attainable and unimpeded. Through empathetic listening, adaptability, and thoughtful effort, Rose creates a positive experience for everyone she engages with.

After graduating from the Douglas College Medical Office Assistant Program in 2004, Rose has worked in private healthcare supporting the client experience. Her expertise, coupled with her capacity to offer a human touch during moments of worry or discomfort, brings immense comfort to both clients and the clinical team she helps. Her warm and professional approach instills confidence and reassurance in times of need.

When away from her desk, Rose enjoys traveling with her husband and three daughters, embracing new experiences and broadening their horizons. Her commitment to her family, her team, and Harrison’s clients is fueled by a deep care for others’ wellbeing.
