Ronette loves to be part of the passionate and fun team at Harrison. She enjoys working in a collaborative environment and supporting a multidisciplinary team, helping to bring out the best in everyone around her. She believes vision and core values start at the top, and is grateful to be in an environment where compassion is fundamental to everyone’s daily interactions.

Ronette took a three-month Medical Office Assistant course at her local community college over thirty years ago and has worked in a wide variety of roles and medical office settings, including with family physicians, specialists, and in community clinics. She is eager to share her experience and knowledge with new team members, as well as try new ideas when they are brought forward. Ronette happily connects with clients to ensure all their questions are answered and no stone is left unturned. She is resourceful and works with the support of the whole Harrison team towards timely resolutions.

Ronette is always up for a walk in the sun, from mountain trails to her neighbourhood streets, and especially if there’s a chocolate treat at the end. In her spare time, she volunteers for a local not-for-profit called CityReach Care Society, giving back to her community.
