Robena first earned her Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering from the University of Toronto in 2014 before pivoting to nutrition. She then completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University in 2020, followed by a Master of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Toronto in 2022. Her diverse background includes experience in outpatient clinical nutrition, content creation, and work with family health teams and community health centres. Robena’s expertise spans nutrition assessment, education, and developing tailored nutrition plans for a wide array of clients and lifestyles.
Robena’s greatest joy is experiencing the world through travel. At home, she expresses her love to family and friends through the fine art of baking.
