Ravita holds a Medical Office Assistant Certificate from Vancouver Community College and has built deep expertise in referral coordination, chart management, client scheduling, and clinical communication across high-volume family practice and specialist clinic environments. She developed exceptional expertise in neurology, where she honed her ability to support clients navigating complex and often sensitive healthcare conditions with clarity and calm. Her ability to communicate conversationally in Hindi and Punjabi, alongside her fluency in English, helps her build meaningful connections with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of work, Ravita is an avid salsa dancer with a love of exploring new styles of dance and music. She takes great joy in cooking and baking for friends and family and has an endlessly curious mind, always diving into new subjects that catch her interest.
