Whether working directly with clients or leading laboratory initiatives behind the scenes, Naz takes great pride in creating positive experiences while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and clinical excellence.
Naz holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science from Iran, a Medical Laboratory Assistant Certificate, and has completed the Power Skills for Leading Project Teams specialization through the University of Maryland. Her experience spans hospital, research, transfusion medicine, and preventive healthcare settings, providing a strong foundation in laboratory operations, clinical quality, accreditation, and evidence-based practice. At Harrison, she has led initiatives to strengthen laboratory quality management systems, standardized process across multiple sites, supported BC lab accreditation, and developed competency-based education programs. She has also played an integral role in implementing innovative clinical services by developing new workflows, quality standards, and operational processes that support safe, consistent, and high-quality care to benefit clients and team members alike.
Outside of work, Naz enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and expressing her creativity through oil painting.
