Diagnostics & Screening Coordinator

Nafiza Bi

Nafiza is drawn to the moments in healthcare where reassurance matters most. She understands that laboratory visits can feel intimidating, and she is intentional about creating a calm, respectful experience from start to finish. By taking the time to listen, answer questions, and move at a pace that feels comfortable, she helps ease uncertainty and build trust. For Nafiza, meaningful care is never rushed. The most rewarding part of her work is seeing clients leave feeling more at ease than when they arrived and confident in the care they received.

Nafiza earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Sciences in Fiji, where she practiced as a registered nurse before relocating to Canada in 2023. She went on to complete a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology at Cambria College, broadening her expertise in diagnostics and strengthening her ability to support clients through every stage of the testing process. Nafiza’s nursing foundation, combined with her laboratory training, allows her to provide knowledgeable, compassionate care that helps ease what can often be an anxious experience.

Outside of work, Nafiza enjoys reading, exploring new cafés, travelling, and spending quality time with her family.
