Nadiya is a licensed Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT(R)) with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO). After graduating with honours from the University of Toronto’s Medical Radiation Sciences Program in 2021, she began her career at a Toronto hospital. She has gained experience in various clinical environments, including emergency and surgical settings, as well as inpatient and outpatient care. This has shaped her understanding of the importance of teamwork and clear communication in delivering well-rounded, effective care. At Ontario Diagnostic Centres, Nadiya honed her skills, specializing in DXA scans in a busy clinical environment. She values collaborating with physicians, radiologists, and care team members to optimize health outcomes and improve workflow efficiency.

Outside of work, Nadiya enjoys staying active, travelling, and spending time with family and friends. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance complements her dedication to healthcare.
