Michelle is an accomplished healthcare leader with experience optimizing operations across private clinics, multidisciplinary teams, health and wellness centres, and senior long-term care facilities. She is passionate about creating seamless and welcoming experiences for clients and believes that exceptional care begins the moment someone walks through the door.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University and a Social Service Worker diploma from Humber Polytechnic. Her education gave her a strong foundation supporting her work as Clinic Business Manager at a multidisciplinary clinic in Oakville. There she developed deep expertise in cultivating efficient daily operations, compassionate human resources, and meaningful staff development support. She was able to maintain effective fiscal responsibility while driving continuous quality improvement initiatives. Michelle went on to lead a large referral operations team at Medcan, an experience that refined her ability to coordinate diverse teams, streamline scheduling, and optimize workflow processes in ways that elevated the client experience. This role also made her adept at navigating complex client needs with care and professionalism. Throughout her career, Michelle has built a reputation for operational excellence, leading electronic medical record implementations and fostering collaborative, motivated teams.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga, travelling, Latin dancing, and exploring diverse global cuisines.
