EMR Project Manager

Michael Pan

Michael is motivated by the impact thoughtful technology can have on the client experience. He values being part of a collaborative care model where digital tools strengthen communication, support coordination, and make it easier for providers to focus on meaningful interactions. Seeing systems implemented in ways that genuinely support care teams and improve how clients experience healthcare is what makes his work most rewarding.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from UBC Sauder School of Business, completing a double specialization in Business Technology Management and Operations and Logistics. Over the past five years, he has led and supported EMR and healthcare software implementations across British Columbia’s public health system, including large-scale digital initiatives. He brings experience in workflow design, system planning, provider collaboration, and data analysis, ensuring technology is practical, intuitive, and supportive of clinical care.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his four poodles and taking on renovation and landscaping projects.
