Care Coordinator - Referrals

Margaret Raffan

Margi enjoys working at Harrison Healthcare because she feels so personally aligned to our core value of compassion. She appreciates the extra attention we are able to give to our patients and loves to offer them time to listen and support their needs at each interaction. Getting to know each patient and seeing them progress over the years is special, and motivating.

Margi qualified as a Medical Office Assistant in 2002 through ICS Learning and has experience in both public and private care. She’s worked in both a busy GP and endocrinology practices. Since 2015 Margi has worked in private primary healthcare supporting Dr. Omair Siddiqui.

She sees integrity as the foundation of her work and the team around her and is honoured to be a part of such a dedicated team, providing excellence in customer service and high-quality care. Margi loves to help patients get what they need; from finding and booking diagnostic imaging to specialists’ appointments and helping them navigate the healthcare system to ensure their needs met.

In her spare time, she enjoys travelling to warm, sunny places, kayaking, boogieboarding and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
