Katrina is passionate about connecting clients to the right mental health supports at the right time. She believes early assessment and thoughtful intervention can make a lasting difference. Her approach centres on collaboration and advocacy, working closely with clients to understand their circumstances and create individualized pathways to wellness. Katrina finds meaning in helping clients navigate complex systems and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. She is motivated to reduce barriers to care while ensuring clients receive timely, coordinated support tailored to their unique needs.
Katrina earned her Master of Counselling Psychology from Adler University in 2016. With over a decade of experience across outpatient, educational, and private health settings, she brings a comprehensive understanding of mental health service delivery. Her work includes supporting children and youth, particularly those with ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, panic and OCD, relationship stress and burnout, and complex or co-occurring mental health challenges. Recognizing the importance of supporting the next generation of professionals in the field, she serves as Associate Faculty at City University, where she mentors emerging professionals.
Katrina enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Glory. She also loves yoga, travel, live music, home décor, and downhill skiing.
