Kathy Yourth

Kathy is motivated by the power of genuine human connection. Her passion for ensuring clients feel comfortable and heard drives her approach to delivering elevated healthcare experiences. She leverages her strengths in scheduling and change management to improve client interactions and optimize team efficiency. Kathy’s dedication to providing a helping hand in each person’s care journey is evident in her daily interactions and her efforts to foster a supportive, welcoming environment.

Kathy has a diverse educational background which includes studies in Food and Nutrition Management and Social Work and Disability Studies. This educational foundation has given her a holistic understanding of client needs and healthcare dynamics. Over two decades of working in cardiac care, including roles as a cardiac technician at Peter Lougheed Hospital and as a leader of the administrative team at Total Cardiology, have shaped her exceptional ability to manage complex healthcare scenarios and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. She is deeply committed to client advocacy and excels at fostering positive environments that inspire team members to go above and beyond in delivering exceptional care.

Outside of work, Kathy cherishes time with her family, enjoying travel, music, and camping adventures. She also finds joy in cooking, gardening, and tackling home improvement projects, reflecting her creative and nurturing spirit.
