Client Experience Coordinator

Julie Chiu

Julie embodies the warm, caring environment at Harrison; she finds this element of our culture to be a rewarding part of her role on the Client Experience team. She is eager to ensure the high-quality care and attention that is promised at Harrison is delivered to everyone who walks through our doors. She loves the collaborative spirit within the team and with patients and is passionate about getting to know everyone through her daily interactions. A smile at the front desk or in the hallway is what brings her the greatest satisfaction.

Julie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Taiwan and after moving to Canada, achieved her diploma in Business Administration in 2014. She honed her customer service and supervisor experience in the restaurant and hospitality sector, culminating in three years as a residential concierge at an upscale hotel and residence in downtown Vancouver. She speaks three languages fluently: English, Mandarin, and Korean.

Julie loves to travel the world to explore and learn about different cultures. She is a self-declared linguaphile, enjoys singing, and watching movies. When she’s home in Vancouver, you can find her out for a walk in her neighbourhood or snowboarding on the local hills in the wintertime.
