She now focuses on developing holistic monitoring tools for recreational endurance athletes and youth elite soccer teams. She is currently working on her PhD remotely through the University of Salzburg. Julia’s experience also includes working as an exercise physiologist in a multidisciplinary cardiac health clinic following her move to Canada, where she played a pivotal role in supporting clients as they make healthy lifestyle changes.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Julia finds joy in running, hiking, cooking with friends, and indulging in movie nights.
