Judy believes that food should support both optimal health and enjoyment. She appreciates that nutrition is deeply personal and enjoys helping individuals find an approach to eating that aligns with their goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Rather than focusing on perfection, she encourages sustainable habits and a balanced, healthy relationship with food. Seeing clients become more confident in their choices and less overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.
Judy earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Food and Nutrition from Toronto Metropolitan University, completed her dietetic internship at North York General Hospital, and later obtained a Master of Health Science in Community Nutrition from the University of Toronto. She has worked across a range of clinical and community nutrition settings, with particular interests in disordered eating, chronic disease management, brain health, women’s health, GLP-1 support, and maternal and child nutrition. Her experience as a Dietitian with Loblaws strengthened her ability to translate nutrition science into practical, everyday guidance, an approach that continues to shape how she helps clients navigate nutrition with confidence.
Outside of work, Judy enjoys spending time outdoors, whether walking, biking, or playing pickleball, and values opportunities to travel and spend time with family and friends. Much of her free time is spent cheering on her teenage son as a proud tennis and hockey mom.
