Josh believes that exercise is most effective when it is thoughtfully integrated into how people live day to day. He approaches care with the understanding that meaningful, lasting change begins with seeing the full picture, from daily habits to long-term goals, and translating that into practical, sustainable strategies. He is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to better understand the factors influencing their health, helping them build approaches to movement that feel both achievable and effective.
Josh completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India and a Master of Science in Physical Activity and Health Promotion from the University of Tor Vergata in Rome, Italy. His experience spans physiotherapy and rehabilitation roles across India, Europe, and Asia, as well as long-term care and clinical exercise physiology, shaping a well-rounded approach to movement across the lifespan and a strong appreciation for collaborative, interdisciplinary care. This includes roles as a Physiotherapist and Athletic Therapist, as well as serving as an Anatomy and Physiology instructor—experiences that have contributed to both his clinical approach to optimizing movement and his ability to educate and guide clients. Through this work, he has developed a particular interest in geriatric wellness, supporting older adults in maintaining their independence, functional capacity, and quality of life through thoughtful, individualized care.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys fitness training, healthy cooking, contemporary dance, and travelling — having lived across India, Italy, China, and Sri Lanka, he brings a genuine appreciation for diverse cultures and languages, reflecting the communities he is proud to serve.
