Jennifer has worked in the healthcare industry since 2018 after graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where she earned a diploma as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. This educational background kickstarted her passion for a holistic and team-based approach to healthcare. Her background managing teams in the restaurant industry brings an appreciation for excellence in customer service. She has a friendly, proactive, and collaborative attitude to leading her team and optimizing the daily operations at the Harrison Vancouver clinic.

Jennifer keeps the clinic and team running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. She looks for new opportunities to engage clients and visitors in a compassionate and highly personalized manor. The Client Experience team is often the first stop for any patient visiting the clinic and she wants to ensure each interaction is a positive one. She supports the Care Coordinators and Client Experience team by coaching and empowering them to build and maintain their relationships with each client, and addressing any operational challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.

Jennifer loves working at Harrison because she can connect with a diverse range of clients and get to know them. She enjoys making them feel welcome, and creating an inviting, warm environment. Success to Jennifer is seeing clients find success with their care plans and coming in with a smile on their face.    

In her spare time, Jennifer can be found hiking and exploring the beautiful backyard BC has to offer, playing soccer, tennis, and kickboxing.
