A naturally proactive problem-solver, she is always looking for opportunities to improve processes while helping those around her feel supported and cared for.

Idalia’s expertise includes client coordination, scheduling, referral management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, developed over several years supporting specialty outpatient clinics. Well versed in a wide range of specialties, she adapts quickly, manages competing priorities, and moves easily through new or complex healthcare environments. She also completed a diploma in Fashion Design and Marketing at the Visual College of Art & Design in 2023, which brings an eye for detail and design to the way she organizes her work. Clients and colleagues alike can count on her to stay composed when things get complicated.

Outside of work, Idalia enjoys exploring her creativity through dance, both in choreography and performance. She also enjoys fitness, fashion, content creation, and travelling whenever she has the opportunity.
