Hatem Abdalla

Hatem appreciates that every person comes to their health journey with a different set of goals, experiences, and challenges. He enjoys getting to know the individuals he works with and tailoring his approach to their unique needs, combining compassion with evidence-informed care. For Hatem, one of the most rewarding aspects of his role is working alongside both clients and healthcare professionals to help deliver exceptional care and support meaningful health outcomes.

Hatem holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto and is a Registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. His experience at Cleveland Clinic Canada and Medcan exposed him to individuals with diverse health needs, functional abilities, and performance goals. Hatem specializes in exercise prescription, functional movement assessment, musculoskeletal health, and performance optimization, with a particular interest in helping individuals build strength, improve mobility, and maintain physical function throughout every stage of life. Guided by a preventive approach to healthcare, he develops personalized strategies that help clients maintain physical capacity, reduce injury risk, and support long-term health, independence, and quality of life.

Outside of work, Hatem enjoys Olympic weightlifting, Muay Thai, playing guitar, and experimenting with new cooking recipes.
