Emma is driven to create a sense of ease for clients as they move through their care. Emma holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion from Waterford Institute of Technology in Ireland, completed in 2019. There she developed a strong foundation in client-centred care and health optimization. Her experience spans telehealth, surgical coordination, and paediatric care, shaping a well-rounded and adaptable approach to care coordination. She began her career as a Telehealth Smoking Cessation Officer with Health Service Executive public care, supporting individuals through behaviour change, before moving into a Surgical Bookings Coordinator role with a private hospital in Ireland, where she managed complex schedules and care pathways. Most recently, Emma worked as a Clinical Coordinator at a paediatric developmental clinic in Cork, Ireland, where she collaborated with interdisciplinary teams and supported families through complex care journeys, further strengthening her ability to provide clear, reliable support.
Originally from Ireland, Emma now calls Calgary home and enjoys staying active at the gym and exploring Alberta’s scenic hiking trails, embracing an active and balanced lifestyle.
