Family Physician, Vancouver

Dr. Jenn Kirker

Dr. Jenn Kirker is a passionate advocate for healthy living, motivated to provide a thoughtful and evidence-based approach to her clients. She wholeheartedly believes in the power of this approach to optimize health and enhance the quality of life. With her warm and collaborative style, Dr. Kirker works closely with each client to establish and reach highly personalized wellness goals. Committed to preventive care, she strives to empower her clients to create a meaningful lifestyle in which they can truly thrive.

After earning her Medical Degree from the University of British Columbia in 2004, Dr. Kirker pursued specialized training in family and emergency medicine at Dalhousie University in Halifax. She worked as an emergency physician in Halifax (NS), Saint John (NB), and Vancouver (BC) until 2011, when she transitioned into family practice. She has since developed great expertise in multidisciplinary settings where she appreciates being part of a team that is dedicated to exceptional client care and health outcomes. She has particular interests in pediatric, preventive, and sports medicine, though also enjoys the diversity that caring for all ages provides.

Dr. Kirker draws on her own active lifestyle to motivate and support clients. Outside the clinic, you’ll often find her outdoors—running, mountain biking and backcountry skiing with her husband, four school-aged children, and beloved dog Cosmo.
