Dr. Hilda Morales values the long-term relationships that are at the heart of family medicine and is passionate about providing care that reflects each individual’s values, goals, and overall lifestyle. She believes that clients feel most empowered in their care when they truly understand their health and finds it especially rewarding to see their confidence and motivation grow through that process. Thoughtful, individualized care and client education remain central to her approach to practice.
Dr. Morales earned her Bachelor of Science in Cellular, Molecular and Microbial Biology from the University of Calgary before completing her medical degree at the University of Calgary in 2006. She went on to complete her residency in Family Medicine at the University of British Columbia in 2008. Her academic and clinical training provided a strong foundation for her thoughtful, individualized approach to client care.
Dr. Morales has a special interest in women’s health and continues to invest in professional development, exploring the latest evidence and research in this area. She is currently pursuing advanced training in menopause care, with the goal of obtaining formal certification from The Menopause Society later this summer. Her clinical experience includes leading a busy medical practice in Vancouver while caring for a large and diverse population, many of whom were seniors with multiple, and often complex, health concerns. She values continuity of care and enjoys supporting engaged clients who are eager to collaborate and invest in their long-term well-being.
Outside of work, Dr. Morales enjoys staying active through biking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. A longtime tennis enthusiast, she loves both playing the sport and following professional tennis.
Dr. Morales will be available to see Harrison clients from mid-September, 2026.
