Client Experience Coordinator

Donna Boys

Donna believes the way someone is welcomed can shape how they feel about their entire visit. She enjoys helping clients feel comfortable and supported, while keeping the day organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. Working closely with the clinical team, she helps ensure each appointment flows seamlessly from start to finish. Thoughtful communication and attention to detail guide her work, allowing clients to feel confident and well cared for throughout their experience.

Donna studied English Literature at Carleton University, where she obtained her degree in 1991 and developed a strong foundation in communication and critical thinking. While completing her studies, she began working with an ophthalmologist, an experience that introduced her to the clinical setting and sparked her interest in healthcare. Over the past 25 years, Donna has built a career across both specialty and community care environments, including ophthalmology and home care. Along the way, she has developed strong skills in client support, scheduling, and assisting medical teams. She approaches her work with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, helping ensure both clients and colleagues feel supported.

Donna is a lifelong Vancouverite who enjoys early morning runs and crafting handmade purses. Some of those purses have even made appearances at the Oscars, with proceeds supporting women helping women in developing countries.
