Darlene is dedicated to improving health outcomes by ensuring clients remain at the center of care and always feel like the priority. With a strong commitment to clinical excellence and innovative healthcare, she approaches her role with enthusiasm and dedication, striving to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day. Darlene excels at fostering collaborative relationships among clients, staff, and community partners. Her ability to stay calm and organized in emergencies, combined with keen attention to detail and effective priority-setting, ensures clients receive the highest quality of care. Her analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills enable her to navigate complex healthcare challenges with ease.

Darlene earned a Diploma in Social Work from Centennial College in 2007 which became the foundation for a long career in healthcare. Combining her education with natural interpersonal skills, she has developed expertise in various aspects of healthcare management. For more than a decade, she served as a Medical Office Manager at a single medical clinic, where she cultivated strong client relationships and fostered a cohesive team environment. Her strengths include client care coordination, emergency response, and effective communication.

Outside of work, Darlene cherishes time with family and friends. She leads an active lifestyle and enjoys hiking, walking, and swimming.
