Creola is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years’ international experience in various industries both public and private. She has a proven ability to balance strategic decisions and financial discipline with a hands-on approach to leadership, empowering teams to achieve exceptional performance.

Creola partners with the leadership team to provide guidance and insight that can define strategies and solutions to advance Harrison Healthcare’s growth initiatives.  Anticipating rather than reacting, she strives to establish robust systems that consolidate infrastructure which will support scaling operations and business evolution.

Before joining Harrison Healthcare, Creola was the Director Finance for a leading national provider of private primary healthcare services for six years, where she supported company growth through multiple mergers and acquisitions. She aligned the company’s vision and strategy with staff efforts, addressing a wide range of challenges through analytical data-driven solutions.

Creola received her BSc in Finance, Insurance, Banks and Stock Markets from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest in 1998 and her CPA designation in Vancouver, BC in 2014. Putting clients and team members first, she is a strong believer in leading by example. Success to Creola is when the finance function champions both excellent client care and strong revenue growth.

In her spare time, Creola loves playing squash with her husband and getting outdoors around her Calgary home with her family and pup, Ella.
