Courtney Cox

Courtney is a passionate advocate for the transformative power of nutrition to enhance lives. Her enthusiasm for the science of nutrition is evident as she assists clients in rediscovering the joy of food, easing stress around eating, and helping them achieve their unique health goals. Her collaborative and compassionate approach allows her to develop holistic, and highly personalized goals that resonate with clients and their families. The ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships is at the heart of her practice.

Courtney earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Alberta in 2019. She has valuable experience in various settings, including school nutrition programming, primary care, and public health. Committed to evidence-based practice, Courtney skillfully translates complex nutrition concepts into engaging, accessible information. Her expertise and interests include diabetes management, women’s health, cardiology, and pediatric feeding issues, including support for neurodiverse clients.

Outside of work, Courtney is a devoted fan of the Edmonton Oilers and Boston Celtics. She enjoys outdoor adventures with her cockapoo, Reba, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
