Claudia is passionate about helping and advocating for people. She loves working with the team of dedicated professionals who are aligned to a shared desire to provide the best care possible for our clients. It is highly rewarding for her to provide a welcoming and caring environment as she assists clients in their transition to Harrison Healthcare. She is determined to ensure each client is taken care of in a professional, respectful, and caring manner, and that their needs are addressed in a timely fashion. 

Claudia began in healthcare as an administrator in clinical and hospital settings.  An interest in nursing led her to complete her Registered Nurse training at Foothills Nursing School in Calgary, followed by a Bachelor of Nursing Degree at the University of Lethbridge, specializing in critical care.  She worked as a nurse for 10 years, primarily in the ICU where she thrived in the challenging yet collaborative environment. After raising two young children, she shifted careers to work for WestJet as a customer service agent where her passion for helping people was highly valued.

Claudia recognized the challenges in healthcare delivery and navigation and wanted to combine her skills of excellence in customer service, relationship building, and healthcare together. She wholeheartedly supports Harrison’s mission to provide comprehensive, personalized, and compassionate healthcare.

In her spare time Claudia loves to travel. She is active and has a passion for cycling, tennis, golf and watching sports – particularly football. She looks forward to when she can combine it all and spend time with friends and family, particularly her husband and two adult children.
