Care Coordinator

Christine Jeong

Christine cares deeply about building compassionate, collaborative relationships with her clients. By taking time to understand clients’ unique needs and acting as their guide through complex health journeys, she aims to empower clients to achieve their health goals. With her warm, trustworthy approach, she finds opportunities to make a positive impact on clients’ wellbeing each day.

Christine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences from Simon Fraser University and followed this with Medical Office Assistant training from Vancouver Community College. Her career includes customer service roles and experience as an optometric assistant in both private and public healthcare settings. She has extensive experience supporting family physicians in a multi-disciplinary setting, valuing the contributions that multiple clinicians can bring to overall health outcomes. This breadth of knowledge allows Christine to provide coordinated care to clients that is both comprehensive and personalized. 

Outside of work, Christine enjoys exploring Vancouver’s food scene, going on long city walks, and connecting with friends over a great cup of coffee.
