Carmen obtained her Marketing Management diploma from BCIT and has since been recognized for her exceptional ability to deliver outstanding client experiences, particularly in the tourism and hospitality industry with over a decade of service at the Fairmont Hotels. Known for her relationship-building skills and a meticulous white-glove service approach, she is an enthusiastic team player.
