Carmen Chou

Carmen’s passion for healthcare is rooted in a deep sense of compassion and dedication to caring for others. She is committed to creating an individualized experience for every client by understanding their unique story and personal preferences. This commitment to making a positive impact on their lives brings Carmen immense job satisfaction. Her professional approach focuses on accurately identifying client needs, coordinating care effectively, and elevating their experience at the Centre.

Carmen obtained her Marketing Management diploma from BCIT and has since been recognized for her exceptional ability to deliver outstanding client experiences, particularly in the tourism and hospitality industry with over a decade of service at the Fairmont Hotels. Known for her relationship-building skills and a meticulous white-glove service approach, she is an enthusiastic team player. Carmen brings her skills in prioritization, organization, and confidence under pressure to the table, ensuring that together, she and her team operate efficiently and effectively.

Outside of work, Carmen enjoys skiing, travelling, and cooking.
