Bernadette originally trained in the Philippines and, after moving to Canada, she obtained her Medical Laboratory Assistant diploma from West Coast College of Health Care in 2018. She has honed her expertise in laboratory operations, including blood draws, data processing, sample aliquoting, specimen handling, and ECG administration. However, what she enjoys most is the face-to-face time she has with clients. She thrives on collaboration with various departments, consistently providing exceptional service to colleagues and clients alike.
