Bart earned his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary in 2014. Since then, he has developed expertise in coaching, program design, high-performance athlete testing, and assessment-based programming. He specializes in movement quality assessment, strength training, functional performance, and exercise prescriptions tailored to longevity and resilience. Bart worked as the Manager of Performance & Training at the MNP Community & Sport Centre, where he integrated sport science testing and collaborated with medical professionals to support clients with diverse needs. His care extends beyond performance; he also brings extensive experience in safely and effectively supporting individuals with chronic health conditions and complex injury histories through integrated, evidence-based approaches.
Whether exploring the woods with his dog or training for his next Ironman, Bart stays grounded through daily movement and time in nature. His passions carry into his family life, prioritizing shared experiences and active adventures like hiking, skiing, and keeping up with his two athletic daughters alongside his wife.
