Angela is passionate about helping people build healthier, more active lives through an evidence-based and highly personalized approach to care. With extensive clinical experience, she is committed to helping clients better understand their health, how the body functions, and the important role movement plays in long-term wellness. Her warm, collaborative approach helps clients feel supported in making meaningful and sustainable lifestyle changes that improve overall health and wellbeing. She believes the best outcomes are achieved when healthcare professionals work together with the client at the centre of every decision.
Angela holds an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology (HBKin) from Lakehead University, a Master of Science (MSc) from York University, and a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from Toronto’s Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. As an evidence-based clinician, she has worked extensively in multidisciplinary practices with a focus on soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription, and the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, including operating her own clinic alongside a range of healthcare practitioners. This experience has strengthened her collaborative approach to care and deepened her understanding of how movement and rehabilitation support long-term health and quality of life. Her clinical interests include longevity, healthy ageing, cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, and overall quality of life, grounded in the belief that movement is medicine. She often emphasizes that strong hearts and lungs add years to life, while strong muscles add quality to those years.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys strength training, running, hiking, and spending time in the kitchen experimenting with healthy, nourishing meals.
