Amy Addie

Amy believes that compassionate care begins the moment a client walks through the door. She is dedicated to ensuring every interaction is marked by warmth, empathy, and genuine care. She serves as a welcoming first point of contact for clients while supporting the collaborative, her team as they deliver exceptional health outcomes. She finds particular joy in connecting with clients, especially when she can provide ease and comfort throughout their healthcare journey.

Amy graduated from Technological University Dublin in 2022 with a Bachelor of Honours in DNA and Forensic Analysis, where she developed strong analytical and detail-oriented skills that now serve her well in healthcare coordination. Her professional background includes experience as an Ophthalmic Surgical Coordinator, where she gained valuable expertise in pre- and post-operative room procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment. She is known to efficiently manage client onboarding and education with a highly organized and client-centred approach.

In her free time, Amy enjoys staying active through hiking, swimming, paddleboarding, and catching sunsets. A passionate foodie, she also loves discovering new restaurants on the weekends.
