Diagnostic & Screening Coordinator

Alina Jafry

Alina brings a gentle touch and an unwavering commitment to making a meaningful difference in every client interaction. In the lab, she believes the greatest satisfaction comes from providing quality care with such precision and compassion that clients often note they didn’t even feel the needle. Alina’s approach focuses on creating comfortable, stress-free experiences during diagnostic procedures. She understands that blood work and screenings can cause anxiety for many clients, so she prioritizes building trust and ensuring each visit is as seamless as possible.

Alina completed her studies at Anderson College, where she developed foundational skills in diagnostic procedures and client care. Following her education, she worked at MCI The Doctor’s Office, where she cultivated her commitment to exceeding professional standards through compassionate gestures and meticulous attention to detail. Before entering healthcare, she worked as a personal shopper and in customer service during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. These roles helped her refine her ability to support clients during challenging or stressful times while maintaining safety and empathetic service.

In her free time, Alina enjoys practicing calligraphy, immersing herself in science fiction and fantasy novels, and exploring the city’s culinary scene in search of exceptional food to satisfy her adventurous palate.
